The room was beautiful and spacious, i enjoyed this. i also really liked the dyson hairdryer. It was fancy. i felt pampered using it.
the air conditioning were poor. i had to spend two days in the heat, a problem. the window did opened, but not wide enough and there were too many mosquitos.

the room decor was nice. the lounge area was also alright.
the hotel lacked an iron. this seems like a pretty basic thing. also, i couldn't lock my door from the inside. these things shouldn't be missing in a hotel at this price.

I was greeted by smiles from the staff upon arrival. It was early, around 10am, before check-in, but the staff checked me in. I was kinda surprised by the beautiful room (it was super clean). The minibar included free beverages and snacks, refilled daily.
The room was not completely dark at night due to illuminated switches.

The hotel has a separate area stocked with coffee (I especially liked the selection available). I liked picking up breakfast and enjoying it in the sitting area every morning. It was a very nice start.

the hotel's decor is very modern. staff were helpful with directions. the minibar had free beverages and snacks, restocked daily. i especially liked the complimentary toiletries from the spa (the shampoo was great).
the lack of an iron was slightly inconvenient. i needed to iron a shirt, but no iron was available in the entire hotel.
